Through custom fields added by the e-Tax Invoice module, users can manage fundamental tax invoice information, such as business registration numbers, sub-branch codes, business categories, and line of business. Users can issue e-Tax Invoices directly from NetSuite Invoices and Credit Memos. Tax codes allow for the seamless issuance of taxable, tax-exempt, and zero-rated tax invoices.

Supports adding attachments during tax invoice issuance.
Stores National Tax Service (NTS) approval numbers directly on the corresponding NetSuite Invoices and Credit Memos.

In addition to tax invoices issued directly through NetSuite, Shearwater Korea’s e-Tax Invoice module allows users to look up all sales and purchase tax invoices registered with the NTS—including those issued directly via the NTS portal or third-party APIs. It also facilitates reconciliation between sales/purchase tax invoices and NetSuite Invoices or Vendor Bills.

Supports real-time validation checks for Korean business registration numbers within NetSuite upon request/configuration.
